Goals/philosophy
My goal is to inspire children to reach for their personal best and have fun with math and science (and just life, in general).  I believe children should be allowed to enjoy their childhood and learning in a safe atmosphere.

Free time
I spend my free time attending really cool science-related events, reading (especially staying caught up on my Bible read-through), bicycling, watching movies late at night, helping my own kids with homework, going to the Cheesecake Factory with my husband, and consuming specialty coffee drinks.

Family
I’ve been married over 20 years and my husband and I currently have four teenagers (ages 15, 16, 17 and 19).  We also have a fabulous, huge extended family.
